It is the exact same speaker as jensen tri-ette without name tag based on my research. Vintage Knight kn 2000 a speaker 16 o 25 w identical to jensen tri-ette read. The screws on the back plate have rust. There is a tear in the fabric and significant scratching on what appears to be walnut wood every side.

This speaker is in pretty rough cosmetic condition. That being said I tested it, and it still sounds very clean.
