The JBL 2203A Alnico Woofers L121 4315 Studio Monitors are a testament to JBL's long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality audio equipment. These studio monitors are designed with precision and care, ensuring that sound professionals and enthusiasts alike can enjoy accurate and detailed audio reproduction.

The heart of these monitors is the 2203A Alnico woofer, a legacy design that has been a staple in professional audio for decades. The Alnico magnet structure provides exceptional clarity and detailed bass response, while the 8-inch cone delivers powerful and punchy low-end frequencies. This woofer is coupled with a 1-inch soft dome tweeter, which offers smooth and detailed high-frequency response, ensuring that every nuance of your audio is captured and delivered faithfully.

The L121 4315 enclosure is built with high-quality materials, including MDF construction and a reinforced front baffle, to minimize resonance and distortion. This results in a clean and balanced sound that is free from coloration or unwanted artifacts. The monitor also features a rear-mounted bass reflex port, which helps to extend the low-frequency response and provide a more full-bodied sound.

In terms of connectivity, these monitors offer a variety of options to suit different setups. The rear panel includes balanced XLR and unbalanced TRS inputs, as well as a 1/8-inch stereo input for easy connection of portable devices. The monitors also feature adjustable level controls for the high and low frequencies, allowing you to fine-tune the sound to your specific space and audio needs.

Overall, the JBL 2203A Alnico Woofers L121 4315 Studio Monitors are a powerful and versatile tool for anyone who demands accurate and detailed audio reproduction. Whether you're mixing and mastering music, editing audio for film or podcasts, or simply enjoying your favorite tunes, these monitors will provide you with a clear and engaging listening experience.

Details:

These were designed for use in the Jbl 4315 / 4315a 4315b series studio monitors and l212 bass module. The DVR reading of each woofer was measured at 6.9 and 7.1 ohms respectively. This is a must for this type of woofer. Both of these woofers were fully bench tested and by running a sine wave test tone from 20 Hz to 500hz for proper f/s.

When played, there was no noise, rattles or buzzing of any kind just pure low frequency sine wave tone. I have for sale an extremely rare pair 2 of Jbl 2203A 12 alnico woofers with correct oem #53380 factory cones. Both spiders are flat with no sagging or stretching whatsoever.
