The 16mm cine projector type 13 model 40 was made in the USA by Victor animatography corp davenport, IA and is marked serial #100364 for slow-burning film. 1940s Victor speaker and 16mm cine projector.

Both pieces are portable but heavy, with army green canvas dust covers. There is minor signs of age and wear, including the bottom each piece which I did not photograph.
