Seems to be a weird driver/crossover arrangement, the speaker impedance is over few meg ohms because there 75uf cap in series with woofer, woofer measures about 2 at terminals, tweeter works. It sounds good so i'm thinking its OK. Came out of a frs full room stereo 11 speaker, I have only 1 driver.
I don't know the condition of foam or it may be a rubber surround. , didn't pull bottom grill assay off woofer. This was removed from a working FRS-11 speaker, the speaker seemed to play fine and actually sounded quite good.
