Details:

They really take to those post-bop jazz releases from the era. Unique character on these - while they re pre-dimensions sorry certainly a cut above the particle board atrocities of late 70s consumer-stereo speakers. The rubber/foam rings around both the tweeters and woofers are showing their age, cleaned to best of my ability - certainly would benefit from replacement but no issues as is. Rubber edges on the actual woofers/tweeters is in good shape, though.

Real wood walnut veneer, about .25 thick. Seems like there was some questionable order of assembly with the paint and baffles what not as pictured. You don't need pigtails for connecting speaker wire, but it would probably be a good idea permanent installs. Judging by the label nomenclature, these were sold as part of a hi-fi system.

No leaky caps for that matter. Cleaned with furniture cleaner a while ago, really restored the luster to wood grain. Smooth, pronounced mid-range. Light fading on the veneer at top and bottom from age/use/ storage a few light scuffs.

Excellent pair of RCA's from the 70 ups ground is the most economical option, but USPS also available. Crossovers were in good shape, they don't seem due for a recapping but that's ultimately up to you. No tears or flaws.

Unclear on the actual RMS rating for these I doubt that 250 in their namesake was meant to indicate watts at least by modern standards practices. All of the insulating foam is intact and connections are snug cleaned for good measure. Not very treble at all, bass is tight for closed cabinets. A couple edges with chipped veneer, but nothing serious or noticeable.

Well cared-for and ready for a new home. Note that they don't have the wires connected by default, which was a characteristic of low-end bundled speakers. Original tweeters and woofers, as far I can tell.
