Details:

The paint is in excellent shape, with only 3 very small spots where its not near perfect 2 are by the support brackets nuts on bracket some light of missing right nut and one spot nose it has a scratch. I have gently tested it, and it appears to be working. Unfortunately the full provenance is unknown to me, and I have been able find nothing further. It possibly was sent there as a promo item for them to vend perhaps, prototype their inspection, or other means.

I have not opened up the unit or disassembled any parts in way to avoid causing damage. Possibly a prototype or display model, based on the fact it has only hand written model number. I have only lightly tested it, and not with full power or at highest volume. It has a great art deco to the body, and gorgeous original gold paint.

It appears to run just fine, and does not overheat or anything, I assume at full power it would fine. I used a wimpy little CD player and it had great sound, so with the right input this speaker could really unleash some high quality killer tunes. A great piece of vintage tech for use, display, or decor. When that division closed, one of its employees my relative purchased RCA's physical assets inventory, including this unit I would assume.

Perfect for the die hard audiophile setup and more take your surround sound to next level with this unit. No denting or dings. It is in good working condition, with no major damage. It likely sat in storage before has since a temperature controlled room.

This listing is for a working rare large Racon speaker - numbered only by hand as UT-6C.
