Details:

An oem open weave/acoustically transparent dust cap was selected, which let's just the right amount of kids and his end directly out coil/core area. Each is an 8 ohm load. Hook up is standard spade terminals. An original cardboard front mounting gasket was used.

The voice coil is a light weight, nimble, radially vented Capetown former, that allows for the 20 watt rating. There are no after market, replacement, or import./China crap, but only American made parts. The cone assembly is an all paper repressed pulp body with a straight/conical profile. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Then- from the inside out only oem/ American made components were used. Looks don't make them sound any better. Up for grabs is this first prototype, using our new g7 frozen lead cones.alnico brass sleeve smooth body 7 tonality. Quality American made products.

Its smooth/Robles's, so you guys that like a little break up when turn the wick will appreciate this.the white g7 pulp is hybrid of previous hempopotamus formulations, along with balsa and kapok for just right amount inherent dampening strength. She was stripped clear down to bare magnet and metal, then heat painted with that black lacquer paint, color changing automotive paint. This is the type that has brass sleeves in magnetic assembly. The copper is much better at conduction, and relays details in your music to the voice coil itself than pot-metal stuff. But then again it sure doesn't hurt either. These things are tremendous. Whelp, that about does it.

The magnetic gap was verified with a Gauss/flux probe, and measured just fine. Oh the LTZ wires are copper and transfers signal more purely to voice coil than usual silver stuff that manufacturers use because of cost.
